Unbelieveable...The Weather Channel, a strong promoter of AGW has bought Weather Underground, an even stronger promoter of AGW. What ya think is gonna come out of that marriage? Today Dr. Masters keeps connecting the current heat wave to AGW. We won't have to wait much longer to see if all the alarmist's predictions are true or false. Many indicators(PDO, AMO) are showing we're about to go into a cooling trend beginning late this summer. Stay tuned.
Locally, strong T-Storms typical of summer, hammered some neighborhoods while others a few blocks away got nothing at all. Of course the officail site in Kenner at MSY once again missed out on the rain. I see no major changes coming until late Friday into the weekend when our rain chances increase as the upper ridge finally weakens and pulls back to the west. Enjoy your holiday.
