Last night we watched some real hail bashers rumble just to our north breaking out car windows & even injuring 2 people on the ground. Tonight more storms are developing, but this time they're in Texas south of Dallas. Will they hold up and make for a wet morning drive here? Computer models say nope...they will fizzle. With a well defined feature on water vapor imagery, I don't see that happening. Besides, my newly planted flowers need some rain !
For the rest of this week...a weak cold front will bring back the good feel air for Wednesday PM into most of Thursday. Temps will be cooler (67-71) but not cold. South winds on Friday will bring back the Gulf muggies along with a shower threat. Saturday will be windy & warm with the possibility of severe storms late. Sunday clears out and remains warm with colder air(60s) coming for next week.
