Still No Cristobal...but soon.

NHC is holding off naming our 3rd storm of the season, but they do say TD # 4 has formed.  Their guidance is indicating Cristobal will form shortly and strengthen into a hurricane in 3 days.   Fortunately, it appears this system will stay east of Florida and not come into the Gulf.    The Carolinas may again feel the impact as they have with the 2 other hurricanes earlier this season.   Until TD 4 becomes stronger, NHC is warning they have low confidence in the future track.

I just find this so funny that the HFC hasn't named this storm yet...they are so quick to name a patch of clouds a storm....
