We should finally see lots of sunshine during the afternoon hours on Wednesday after 6 straight days of mostly clouds skies. A weak front will sweep thru on Thursday with some clouds but little, if any rainfall. There will be a quick turn around on Friday as winds go back off the Gulf in response to another strong upper disturbance coming out of the SW. It appears we will have the potential for some heavy storms during the day on Saturday extending into the evening & nighttime hours making for a soggy Halloween. This does not look as bad as last weekend’s rain event, but there certainly is the possibility for several inches of unwanted rainfall. Way too soon to know if the storms will turn severe. These are fast moving systems that will keep coming this Winter season and things could get interesting as colder air sinks farther down into the Gulf South by Late November thru February. Stay tuned!
Now that my Cubs are out, I hate baseball…especially extra inning games!
