Front Coming, Cooler Weekend, but Dry!

After today’s summer-like 80 degrees, a front arrives around dawn with a few showers followed by much drier air.  Morning clouds will clear by midday making for a nice afternoon.  Winds will be on the increase by dark and Thursday night and Friday will bring back sweater weather for the weekend.    Highs will struggle to top 60 on Friday as we’ll see filtered sunshine through high, thin clouds.  Saturday will see more sunshine with clouds increasing again by Sunday PM.   Next week could get exciting.  Computer models are hinting another powerful storm moves out of the Rockies, but this time it will be much closer to us.  That could mean the potential for strong/severe storms plus heavy rainfall.   That’s a long way off and we’ll have time to watch to see if that develops.   I’d rather think about this weekend that should finally be a dry one.   I have yard work to do!   Stay tuned!
