As we head towards November, the chances for tropical development in the Gulf lessens with each cold front. NHC still highlights 2 areas that computer models are forecasting development early next week.
There is nothing there now and we do have another front coming for us over night/
It is getting chillier with each front and you may need the sweaters and jackets by this time tomorrow. Rain chances are slim, but we could see a couple of shower with the front Friday morning.
If we don't see any rain with this front, it looks dry through the weekend into next week. that is fairly typical of October, which is historically our driest month. Frankly, after today's heat, most of us will welcome the cooler & drier air. I've got my sweaters ready. Stay tuned!
