Let The Playoffs Begin...

We have 3 playoff sites this weekend where weather could be a factor as mid January often means snow & bitter cold.  But not this year as all sites (Green Bay, Buffalo & Kansas City) have temps freezing or above.  40 in Buffalo!!!

Obviously I'd like the Rams to beat the Packers and for us to beat the Bucs, which would give us another home game for the NFC Championship game.  Let's hope for the best.

There are no major storms anywhere across the United States and high pressure should mean another beautiful day tomorrow.  There's no signs of return flow coming off the Gulf so, if you're dressed for the chilly nights, we'll continue our great stretch of Winter weather.

This coming week should see us get back above normal/average temperatures and we could top 70+ for Thursday and Friday.  But don't think Winter is over.
Check out how central Canada is getting colder.  That Arctic chill will not come southward this week, but long range models indicate the east coast upper trough reforms for the last week of January and that could bring us a freeze threat.  I'll be watching for that, but first...are you ready for some Football on FOX!  Go Saints!  Stay tuned!
