With the higher sun angle of early May, any cold front that makes it thru and pushes offshore is not cold anymore. However, the front that arrives Wednesday PM should bring less humid air and that will make it feel much better during the day even though we'll still be in the 80s. The nights will be cooler, especially on the North Shore where some spots could drop into the 50s. Enjoy it while it lasts because the muggies will be back for the weekend.
One of the computer models is hinting that an early season tropical system make try and develop in the Caribbean next week. 3 weeks until the start of the 2012 Hurricane Season.!
