Front Stalls...Rainy Stretch Coming?

It's difficult for fronts to push off the LA/MS coasts once we get into June and beyond.  Does happen once in a while, but more likely they stall over us with upper disturbances moving along the leftover boundary producing tropical downpours.  Thursday should see PM Storms develop mainly south of Lake P. while Friday the storms should shift back to both sides of the Lake.  Saturday & Sunday look even wetter as an upper disturbance approaches.   We should be on the lookout for this boundary to sink off our coast where there is the potential for a tropical system to spin up.   Our surface pressures have remained very low for over a week.  Stay tuned!
