Isaac getting better organized...

Satellite loops tonight show Isaac is becoming a larger, more organized system now that he is in the eastern Caribbean. We actually want Isaac to get stronger as a more powerful storm is likely to be more influenced by the east coast upper trough and he should turn to the north well east of us. If he remains weaker, he'll be more influenced by the surface atlantic ridge and likely head farther to the west as the ECMWF model suggests.  As I pointed out last night, our "pay attention" day is Sunday,  We should know by then IF Isaac is coming into the Gulf.   Tonight, we can't say that.  There will be those alarmists who want to scare you, but I am not one of them.   Let's use this weekend to gather our canned goods and supplies and be ready to act Monday or Tuesday IF Isaac doesn't make the northward turn.  Again, I'm not nervous yet. Stayed tuned!
