Pattern Getting Old...

2013 has so far been off to a wet start and the next 4-5 days keep the rains coming.  A cold front will move before daybreak with some showers ahead of it.  The stronger storms should stay north & east of us.  Friday will begin dry, but this  front will hang up along the coast as another upper disturbance approaches from the west.  Rain will begin spreading back to the north with some heavy rainfall likely (2-4") along the boundary where the front sets up.  By later in the day on Saturday, the rain pulls away with Sunday being dry before another front brings more showers for Monday.  Next week does look drier, but there are signs that the East Coast trough will get stronger bringing down some really cold air for late next week.  Stay tuned...and don't plant your tomatoes!
