Nah, we don't need the rain but the central & northern plains do since they have seen severe drought for the past 1-2 years. Weather runs in cycles (something the Alarmists hate to admit) and it appears the next 7-10 days will see not one, not 2, but 3 significant systems dump heavy snows right where they need the moisture. Is this truly a pattern shift or just temporary relief? Stay tuned!
Locally, a fast moving cold front will bring us some over night storms (nothing severe) followed by slightly cooler and drier air for Tuesday. Wednesday will see clouds increasing again as the next system takes shape and moves out of the Rockies. Since the track of the storm will be far to our north, we will again get into the warm air sector with the potential for severe weather late Thursday. Yet another system could affect us over the weekend. Whew!
