Heavy Rain Potential...Tuesday Night Thru Thursday AM

It's been 5+ weeks since our last real heavy (1"+) rainfall and Sunday's late showers barely settled the dust.  But that will change as a strong upper disturbance will trigger low pressure along the upper Texas coast by Wed. AM bringing soaking rains to all of the Gulf South.   We'll see it come in waves with the heaviest between 10 - 4 PM on Wednesday and another after midnight into early Thursday.  amounts could be generally 2-4" with some spots getting more than 6"  !!!   The good news is we clear out and stay dry thru the weekend.   Let's pay attention to the weather Tuesday night thru Thursday morning.
