More Heavy Rains Coming...???

With one day to go in April, the 11.04" at MSY make this the 5th wettest on record and more is coming for Tuesday thru Friday.  Why?   Another slow moving upper disturbance will trigger widespread showers & T-Storms that will be slow movers.  Computer models are predicting 2-4"+ to fall over SE LA/MS during the next 3 days so be ready for possible street flooding since the ground is totally soaked.  Yet another strong upper system will "cutoff" over the SE Friday thru Sunday bringing clouds and some very cool air for the first week in May.  This could turn out to be the coolest weekend EVER for the last weekend of JazzFest.
