Dorian Not Dead ???

It’s been several days since NHC downgraded Trop. Storm Dorian, but you could still follow the cloud mass as it drifted slowly to the WNW.   This afternoon, satellite loops clearly showed a rotation/circulation trying to develop SE of Miami.  Radars are showing this rotation but surface wind reports are only 8-15 mph.  Computer models show very little development of Dorian’s remains, and if something did redevelop, it would stay out of the Gulf and go up the east coast.  Stay tuned!

Locally, an upper ridge will continue to build over us limiting our daily shower coverage resulting in temps well into the 90s with heat indexes 100-105+.   No real relief is likely before September.
