Terrible Thursday ...Fabulous Friday !

We finally see the light at the end of the tunnel in the world of weather forecasters as our current stretch of cloudy dreary skies will end…but not until after dark on Thursday.   Most of the day will be nasty, wet & raw especially in the morning with drier conditions arriving during the afternoon.  After a frosty start on Friday, bright sunshine will make us feel warmer + it will be warmer but still below our average/normal high.   Just to have the sun back will improve everyone’s attitude.  Another weak front arrives on Sunday, but I don’t expect any rain with it and clouds should not linger like this past front.   No real cold or real warm up is coming during the next 5-7 days.  There are signs that the last 10 days of January will turn very cold and stormy again for much of the nation east of the Rockies.   How far south the chill extends will be the main question.  Whether I like it or not, there is still plenty of Winter ’14-15 still to come.   Stay tuned!
