Fronts Keep Coming...

I have no complaints about our cooler than normal/average weather since the good feel air is perfect for being outdoors whether you’re working or playing.  You may need some outer gear after dark & early in the morning, but by 10-11 the sun makes it comfy cool.    As high pressure shifts to our east, winds will return back off the Gulf bringing back the muggies.  Another upper disturbance out over the Rockies will bring some Sunday showers with perhaps some thunder, but this system is nowhere near as robust as the last one.   It will slide by on Monday bringing a weak front with another stronger front coming late next week.   All these fronts will not allow any real warm up for the next 7-10 days, but highs in the 70s with low humidity makes for near perfect weather.

Watching the Pelicans come together as a team has been really inspiring. For all the bad stuff that happens in our city, Sports brings us all together.   Wouldn’t it be something if the Pelicans keep this up?   Just like our Super Bowl run back in 2009-10, that magical feeling will spread throughout all of SE LA/MS.  To steal an old Beach Boys line…”Wouldn’t it be nice!!!”
