Almost Winter=Like From Denver, Dallas to North Louisiana

Talk about a frontal boundary with drastic temperature changes, it's 30 degrees colder behind our next cold front.  If we were back in March, I'd be a little nervous with such a cold air mass behind it.  However, it's now late April and the higher sun angle will moderate the chill once the sun comes back out on Monday & Tuesday.

In addition, the upper energy is not as strong as several weeks ago and it'll quickly race off to our north and east keeping the core of the cold away from us.

We will get into a much drier air mass for the start of next week.

Moving along the frontal boundary are several upper disturbances that are triggering waves of storms.  Models indicate these systems weakening as they approach us so I'm not sure how much rain we'll get out of this.  Regardless, all the rain should be gone by midday Sunday.  You might need a sweater or jacket heading off to church tomorrow.  Enjoy the cooldown.  Stay tuned!
