No No Nadine For Now...

NHC cancelled the Hurricane Hunters this afternoon as satellite loops showed strong shearing winds from the NNE blew all the T-Storms away from the center of circulation leaving it totally exposed.  That shear is likely to slowly weaken, but another east coast trough is coming that will bring a cold front down thru us by midday on Saturday.  If anything does try to develop, that front should block any northward movement towards us and carry it to the NE towards Florida.  Behind the front, cooler and drier air will bring us a real Fall preview with lows on Monday morning upper 50s N-Shore & upper 60s S-Shore.  Not time to break out the sweaters just yet, but a welcomed change indeed!

I can't help but notice several of the longer range models have Invest 90L curving back over Florida and re-entering the gulf.
