Almost Getting "Cold"...

A deep upper low over the Great Lakes is driving the coldest air of the season our way. It'll feel a bit nippy on Friday & Saturday mornings with some upper 40s possible on the Northshore & even some 50s on the Southshore away from Lake P. Our dry, delightful weather will continue thru the weekend with a warm up beginning on Sunday and some showers possible by Monday.

Tonight on the Weather Channel, Dr. Steve Lyons admitted that 85% of the Hurricane Season is over. He said in the past 58 years, there have only been 9 hurricanes to cross the U.S. coastline after today's date. (Only one in LA. Juan 1985) As I mentioned last night...it's over for us. Dr. Jeff Masters continues to try and excite folks with his discussions on Weather Underground. I prefer to side with Dr. Lyons.

I am happy to hear what both you and Dr. Steve Lyons have to say about the winding down of this year's hurricane season. He also said that 95% of the hurricane season is over with for the United States, and that was good to hear too. Hope everyone enjoys this great weekend we have coming up!! Keep up the good work, Bob!!

Thanks Bob for being my rock. I'll vote for you even if you aren't running for anything. Hey, maybe your son can run for office, he's probably a chip off the ole Breck, or is it block. :)cheryl
