Good bye Spring...Hello Summer

It's sorry to see the last real "good feel" airmass leave, but the deeper we get into May, the more likely we start to see summer-like heat. This week...almost on time...we probably will see our 1st 90+ day. With increased humidity and a slow moving frontal boundary approaching from the north, our shower chances will increase each day with the best chances on Thursday and Friday. As an upper ridge builds over us for the weekend, we should see fewer showers and hotter temperatures.

It's also sorry to see the end of the Hornets season. Wow...did anyone expect this kind of excitement! Thank you George Shinn for bringing them back. It makes us feel like a closer community again. Now it time for the Saints to step up and continue that excitement

Darn, I hate those summer-time thunderstorms. I hope that the "feel-good" weather will return next October. Oh well, time to hit the pools!
