Feeling More Like Spring...

Today was a good example of what the higher sun angle means at this time of the year. We had lots of clouds this morning and it felt chilly. As soon as the sun started to break thru, it felt delightful for much of the afternoon yet highs only reached the mid 60s. The next 3 days should see a warming trend that will get us back to where we belong...70-75. However, that trend won't last thru the weekend as a strong cold front will bring us some after dark storms Saturday night with much colder air with clearing skies on Sunday. Don't put away the sweaters & jackets just yet. It's a little too soon to predict how strong the storms Saturday night will be. The key will be how much low level moisture returns. As ONLYREAL pointed out to me today, SPC has us in a slight risk area for Sat. night. Stay Tuned
