Sure tis like a morn' in Spring and locally it sure feels like Spring as highs continue to be in the 80s, perfect temperatures to watch the many parades this weekend. Call it Luck of Da Irish, but rain chances will be slim to none until Tuesday & Wednesday of next week when an upper disturbance will bring a cold front closer. Even then, no real cold air is in sight as we should end March as one of our warmest ever.
NOAA came out with their Spring Flood Outlook and it says due to the lack of snow cover this winter, the risk of Spring flooding is very low.
