April & October Usually the Best...

We all know how hot & humid it gets between May & late September, and how cold & damp we can get during Novermber to March. The transition months(April & October) usually give us our most enjoyable weather as the fronts are no longer too cold or just cold enough to makes things comfortable. In April the fronts become more of a less humid issue as the higher sun angle quickly warms us up. That should be the case with our next front late Wednesday. It may bring us a few showers before Thursday turns dry and nice. Winds quickly return off the Gulf by Friday and strengthen making us feel more summer-like for next weekend.

After a record warm March, the eastern U.S. is turning cold for April with freeze warnings out for many Great Lake states.
