After 5 months(Oct-Feb.) of below normal/average rainfall placed Much of SE LA in severe drought conditions, the 1st 4 days of April have quickly changed that. 1-2" of rain fell on Monday with another 3-5+ last night into this morning. In fact we have already exceeded the average/normal rainfall for the whole month of April! It appears we will dry out for the Easter Weekend with no more rain expected until late Monday-Tuesday.
If any of you don't believe that the Global Warming/Climate Change/Weather Extreme folks have an agenda, listen to what happened this past weekend up in Maryland. A "non-profit" Foundation sponsored a "seminar" for TV weathercasters to better inform them on the true FACTS of global warming. #1, if you have the truth on your side, you should not have to keep putting out propaganda. #2, To be truly unbiased, you would have experts from BOTH sides of the issue. #3...MOST IMPORTANTLY...you don't pay expenses (housing,meals etc.) of the folks you want to influence without raising red flags...conflict of interest? Shameless, but not surprising. Their next seminar is scheduled up in Minnesota. More to come.
