Alberto forms

NHC began issuing advisories on the season's first named storm this morning including a track that keeps the centerline east of NOLA, but keeps us in the cone of error.   The well-defined surface swirl has moved off the Yucatan and appears to be heading due east,  If correct, Alberto is not following the NHC's first track which is good for us.  The farther to the east the center goes, the better for us as it should mean the greatest impacts stay to our east.   We are early on in the process so let's not get too fixed on where this system is going.  A hurricane hunter will be in the system later today and that should provide better data around the center.   I'll have the usual update tonight.
