Tonight's Chill Will Be on Full Retreat...

With many spots on both siders of Lake P. already in the 30s at 10 PM, I expect to see widespread frost tomorrow morning with clear skies & light winds.   The good news (for me) is a big warm up is coming that will last into early next week.  Highs today never got out of the 50s, but Wednesday should see some mid 60s with 70+ for Thursday through next Monday.  In fact, several days could approach 80 making it feel Spring-like.   There is some concern that severe weather could develop late Friday into early on Saturday so it's something to pay attention to.  Another cool down arrives for next week, but I don't see any major Arctic outbreaks that could bring pipe busting cold our way.

The rainy season has arrived in California as they will have multiple storms whack them over the next 7-10 days.  Hopefully the amounts won't be excessive causing more misery in the fire ravaged areas.   BTW...the hurricane season officially ends on Friday.  Cold air is good for one thing...no hurricanes!  Stay tuned!
