Wet, Cold, Damp For Family Gras & Parades...

The thinking hasn't changed regarding this afternoon's weather.  Today is in the dumper (Dumpster if you prefer) and if you plan on being outside, dress for rain & cold.   This has been well advertised for days as a slow moving upper low is drifting right over us.  That is producing lots of clouds and a nuisance rain making it miserable to be outdoors.

Once the rain arrives, temps will continue to fall.  We were 54 at 7 AM and now it barely is 50+.  In addition, the Northerly winds of 12-20 will make it feel like in the 30s.

All is not lost for this weekend as the upper low will leave and sunshine will return on Sunday.  It'll still be rather chilly/below normal, but no rain is likely to return until midweek.

So go ahead and dress for an ugly Saturday.  The talent at Family Gras this afternoon (Hailey Whitters, A.J. Croce, Don Felder & the great Rick Springfield) is worth going to see.

Tomorrow will be much better and a big warm up comes next week.  Unfortunately, next weekend will turn very cold again.   I'm taking my bride (20 years Feb. 14th) to hear Andrea Bocelli tonight.  Love is in the air!  Stay tuned!
