It won't last but an hour or two and then we begin drying out. The storms that were off our coast are heading into north central Florida with heavy rain & lots of lightning.
The upper low is over NW Louisiana and will track across the state into MS/AL by morning. Some clouds could linger for early Sunday, but skies will quickly clear. It'll stay very breezy overnight into midday on Sunday with a high wind advisory issued and a gale warning for offshore.
With an upper ridge over the West Coast, look how there temperatures have soared with 90s in Phoenix.
It's chilly under the upper low (50s in Shreveport), but 70s back in Texas with sunshine. We'll feel cooler tonight & early on Sunday, but the afternoon will feel great with the drier air.
