Warm Monday, Canadian Chill Arrives Tuesday PM, Tropics Staying Quiet.

I had to have my vodka tonic medication early after watching that pitiful 2nd half by the Saints.  Give Tampa Bay credit for making the adjustments that made Rattler look like a rookie. But the bright spot was LSU's come from behind win on Saturday night in Tiger Stadium.  What a game!  Weather-wise, it was a picture perfect weekend, but changes are coming down from the north.  Can you say sweater weather finally!

20s & 30s cover eastern Canada and that chill is following an upper low diving over the Great Lakes. We still have one more hot day before the cooling trend begins. The upper trough will dig over the eastern states bringing us the coolest weather since last April.

We will flirt with 90 on Monday(95 Dallas, 93 Shreveport) before the northerly winds arrive during Tuesday.  You'll notice the chill on Wednesday morning as highs will struggle to get out of the 60s with brisk NE winds. The North Shore should sneak into the 40s for Thursday & Friday mornings.

It looks like this next front will come through dry as moisture is limited .  The Tropics remain quiet after Milton.

NHC is watching an area way out over the Atlantic, but I'm feeling better each day the later we get into October.  No model brings anything into the Gulf in the 10-14 day time frame. I have The Lady scheduled to sing this coming Friday night.  Let's put this puppy to bed!  Stay tuned! Too soon to give up on the Saints.  Too many injuries.  Maybe need a new fitness Guru?
