Saying Goodbye, Winter chill invades Lower 48

Part of the purpose of coming to Kentucky was to have my sons together for Thanksgiving.  The other was to help haul up furniture that I can't fit into my 800 sq. ft. apartment.  We almost accomplished both except my older two need to be back in Albuquerque for this weekend.  So they left today and it's always hard to say goodbye.

not sure if it meant anything, but this picture popped up on my phone today.

Being a spiritual guy, I am thinking it's Paula's way of saying carry on and be happy.  Whatever, it's gotten cold up here with 20s expected at night.  Why?  look at the upper air flow.

All of Canada is single digits and the cold air is pouring down the plains into the Gulf south.

Each front gets a little colder as the seven day indicates.

By the time I return on Monday, I'll need my heavy coat.  My move into Copeland Tower happens next Wednesday and I'm ready to meet new friends and get back to being happy again.   Remember, my next podcast will come from the Corvette Museum so go sign up to watch.  Going to try to do podcast from a Bourbon Distillery.  bobbreck.com.  Stay tuned!
