Debate is getting Hotter !!!

Yep, 2 more stories in the Times-Picayune on Sunday regarding the doom & gloom of global warming. What you didn't see was the story from the Climate Conference in Bali where over 100 of the top climate scientists from around the world sign a letter denouncing the "consensus" of scientists who believe that CO2 is the driver of our current warming period. The tide is turning against the Al Gore led Carbon Taxologists who believe we can stop the current warming cycle by penalizing the countries who have successful economies. Let's hope our Congress doesn't pass any foolish carbon cap laws, but instead offer tax incentives to spur new technologies that would take us away from burning fossil fuels. The more I read, the more I believe the agenda behind Al Gore's "movement" is to get him drafted as the Democratic nominee for President. He says he's not running. We'll see. What do you think?
