It's rare for freezing weather to appear on the Southshore after late March or early April. One reason is the waters of lake Pontchartrain have warmed into the 60s & 70s. That should keep the Southshore in the 40s overnight while the Northshore falls into the 30s. A warm up begins tomorrow and will last the rest of this week. A weak front will bring some showers for early Friday but little cool air. Another terrific weekend is on tap.
Get ready for Earth Day. You will be made to feel guilty for abusing Mother Earth.
