System Weakens...Snow Decreases...

Any chance for some white stuff on the N-Shore is fading fast tonight. It appears by the time temps get cold enough to produce sleet/snow, the moisture will be long gone. Our next concern will be freezing temps on Thursday morning. N-Shore is likely to dip to 27-31 with the S-Shore 30-35. Another fast moving southern system will bring back some showers late Friday, but the weekend looks to be dry and comfy cool. Sunday should warm into the 60s but I don't see any 70s until sometime in March. Looking into next week...yet another potent system could bring the possibility for a rain/snow mix late Monday into Tuesday. Getting a little too late for that white stuff to happen.

Turned out to be a beautiful afternoon if you like it on the chilly side. I am ready for spring though. Hopefully after another week or so (after our next and hopefully last winter precipitation threat), we can get back to our normal temps for this time of year. ONLY REAL....Been missing your input on the blog. You must be really busy at school!

Looking forward to Onlyreal Forecast....Nashette, I bet he is busy...but his forecast is in his blood and I bet he gets that itch to write...

Was out at UNO tonight and I tell you those winds were kicking off the lake...The cold wind just cut like a knife.

After looking at Bob's forecast, looks like we keep with these active fronts and cold temps...
