Richard in Caribbean ?

Looking at satellite loops tonight, sure looks like a swirl is developing off the NE coast of Honduras. Would not be surprised to see NHC scramble an AF or NOAA plane out early on Tuesday and have it find Trop. Storm Richard...just like Paula last week...by passing depression status and going straight to storm force. West wind shear remains over the Gulf so we don't have to worry about it.

We are hoping a weak front will bring us some much needed rainfall. Chances appear slim and none as this front will run out of support as it staggers thru us. No real cold air is in sight for the next 7-10 days so enjoy this great October weather before Mother Nature will remind us Winter is coming.
