Today’s high of 77 stopped our streak of 80+ days at 4 in a row. A secondary surge of colder air will arrive around dawn bringing some clouds and a slight chance for a brief shower before skies turn sunny and winds increase during the day. Sweaters and jackets will definitely be needed by later in the day and over night on Saturday as temps will dip into the 40s except near Lake P. Winds return back off the Gulf by late on Monday bringing back warmer air and the muggies. Get out and enjoy the great Fall feel this weekend. In another 3-4 weeks, front will pack more of a bite. Yikes!
