As we get deeper into November we’ll start to see colder & colder air settle farther & farther to the south. Our attention no longer is on the Tropics (although Hurricane Season goes thru Nov. 30th) but more on the gathering cold up in Canada. When will it roar southward and bring us threats of freezing weather? Historically, the North Shore can expect some freezing temps after Nov. 15-20th while the South Shore typically doesn’t see a freeze until December. Until the upper air pattern shifts, the next 7-10 days will stay mild to warm with highs in the 70s & 80s and nights in the 50s & 60s. The east coast trough is likely to return for the second half of this month signaling a much colder trend that could bring us our 1st freeze by the end of this month. Stay tuned!
