Heavy Rain threat shifts to our east.

A strong cold front for mid May will trigger widespread showers & T-Storms on Wednesday, but it appears that the heavier rainfall amounts will once again focus on mobile & Pensacola.  We could see 1-2" in some heavy downpours with the highest rain chances between 10 AM & 2 PM.   Noticeably cooler and much drier air will flow in behind the front making for comfy cool morning lows (40s N-Shore, 50s S-Shore) for several days.  It should stay dry Thursday through Monday will a gradual return of the heat & humidity over the weekend.

The full out assault by the PR firms continues regarding Climate Change.  Despite 95% of the Antarctic having their greatest ice depth, the press strangely reports (who fed them the info?) the fact that 5% of the farthest northern glaciers are melting rapidly.   In the report, it even mentions the warm ocean current undercutting the ice.   As most of you know, I'm a big believer in climate CYCLES and that ocean currents are the driver of these cycles.   But this report once again issues an unverifiable "forecast" for 2100 regarding sea level rises.  Never mind that their computer models have greatly exaggerated the sea level rises for the past 25 years, yet they want us to believe in them again.   Climate Science, like Meteorology, is not an exact science...but don't tell that to the Alarmists.
