Goodbye Old Friend, Till We Meet Again...

Everybody is talking about our great feeling weather.  Sure it's getting almost hot during the day, but our low humidity allows the nights to be comfy cool.  We are slowly transitioning to a more summer-like feel and you'll notice it by Friday.   We needed this dry spell after all the heavy rains of last week, but some showers are possible over the weekend as the deeper moisture moves in.  The West Coast is getting hammered by rainy periods as a trough is developing over the Rockies with an upper ridge over the east that could bring us our 1st 90+ day next week.    Tomorrow will be our final nice good feel day until October.   Something to look forward to.

The GFS continues to hint of tropical development towards the end of May down south of Cuba.  probably not going to happen, but it's something to follow with the models as we head toward the start of the 2019 hurricane season.   I will be away from my computer for several days and will post again next week.  Stay tuned!
