Lovely December Weather...

One of the benefits of living in the Gulf South is we can have some really nice Winter weather.  Today was one of those days that began chilly, but ended comfy cool with plenty of sunshine.  You can play golf, tennis & fish during our coldest time of the year.  Sure we get an Arctic outbreak every now and then, but for the most part, we are not trapped inside for weeks on end.  Satellite pictures are not showing a big return flow of Gulf moisture and are warming trend should continue through Friday.

There is a big storm off the west coast that will trek across the country dragging down some really cold air next week.  We need to pay attention to that front since the air up in Canada is 20-25 below zero.  

In the short term, Thursday looks dry with a few showers possible on Friday.  The weekend will cool down a little. but next week looks much colder.  Stay tuned!
