More Sunshine Equals Warmer Nation...

As we approach the Spring Equinox on March 20th, you can see signs of the longer days as trees, bushes & grasses are sprouting after our recent freeze.  When it's warmer in South Dakota than here, you know that higher sun angle is working its magic.

As the surface ridge of high pressure shifts to our east, we'll bounce back to 70+ for Thursday and Friday with our next rain threat not coming until Friday night.

A upper low moving into southern California is giving them much needed rainfall and that system will race our way fro Friday night into early on Saturday.

Before then Thursday looks near perfect with sunshine and highs around 70 with low humidity.

Only down around the mouth of the river did clouds linger today.  You can see Boothville/Buras stayed in the 50s while the rest of us warmed to 60+.  Get out and enjoy it.   Thanks for all the kind comments from yesterday's post.  I really appreciated reading all of them.    Stay tuned!
