Beautiful, but Warm Weekend Coming, Real Front Next Week...

As I mentioned yesterday, today's frontal boundary would get close but would not bring us any cooler weather, except tonight on the North Shore.  The frontal boundary has aligned itself east to west right over the South Shore with much drier air to the north.  Note dew points are in the 40s & 50s north of Lake P.

Temperature-wise we're anout the same, but it's a better feel north of the front.  A couple of T-Storms have formed down along the coast and they should drift eastward and dissipate during the next few hours.

This weekend should stay mostly dry with a better chance for showers next Wednesday & Thursday when a strong cold front will plow through.

That will make the Halloween weekend dry & cooler just like our last real front.

Across the nation, Fall has come to many cities north of an Omaha-St. Louis, Nashville, D.C. line.   We'll get back into that chill late next week.  The Tropics remain shut down in the Atlantic Basin, but the Pacific has a new TD soon to become a Hurricane.

Models continue to show nothing over the Atlantic for the next 10-14 days, which will get us into November.   I say let's get outside and enjoy this great weather for your weekend.  Stay tuned!
