Another cold night is on tap before the warming trend sets in by Wednesday afternoon. Our airmass remains very dry and it won't start to feel muggy again until Thanksgiving afternoon.
With light winds and clear skies, temperatures will tumble after dark and expect more 30s North Shore and 40s away from Lake P. south.
Our next front brings some after dark showers Thursday evening and noticeably colder air for Friday into Sunday. Models are hinting that this will not be a clean frontal passage and clouds could linger over us for much of the weekend.
Super cold air remains up over Canada and I'm waiting to see a big dip (Polar Vortex) in the jet stream over the eastern states that would bring that chill into the lower 48. So far I'm not seeing that so you snow lovers need to stay patient as we're just getting to the time of the year for snow, freezes and sneezes. I dealing with the latter as I usually get an "allergy cold" during the change of seasons. Got my butt shot (steroid) yesterday and hopefully that'll clear me up? Stay healthy &Stay tuned!
