Getting To Market, Melissa Gone, Terrific Fall Weekend Here

Thanks to all of you for expressing concern for my recovery from hip surgery.  It has been difficult, but I've turned the corner & I'm feeling much better.  Today was picture-taking day as my house goes up for sale on Sunday.  You'll be able to view those photos online this Sunday at Keller Williams.  Due to my current personal crisis, I've priced my house way under what it's worth.  If you're looking for a steal, give it a look and schedule an appointment with Melissa.

If you were up early, there was a real nip in the air as temps dropped into the 40s.  That cold air has killed the hurricane season for the Gulf, and if we see another late-season storm, it will be down over the Caribbean.

The remains of Melissa have become involved with a cold front, and the NHC has issued their last advisory.  Her name will be retired.  A broad upper trough covers the eastern states, bringing colder and colder air down from Canada.

Models are indicating this trough will lift out, resulting in a warming trend for the Southeast, bringing us back to 80+ for later next week.

You can see the chilly air up north where they need heavy coats.  It's not bad here.  No signs on the dew points indicating any Gulf moisture return.

Don't think there will be any showers with the next weak front late Saturday.  If you're dressed for it, it's a great-looking forecast.  I'm off to happy hour at Copeland Towers as my move-in date is Dec. 3rd.  Enjoy your weekend and stay tuned!
