We're not yet to the time of the year where the cold comes & it stays. We are getting to the time where the temperature ride becomes more like a roller coasters with the ups & downs getting more pronounced. You should be doing some looking around your house to see what you'll need to do when the hard freeze threats start coming. I have covers for all my outside faucets and I wrap my citrus trees with the same insulation that is used for wrapping pipes. You may lose the top of the tree, but the core will survive and recover quickly next Spring.
This weekend will see a return of the muggies meaning clouds return with some dense fog by Sunday morning. An upper disturbance could bring some much needed rain on Sunday. Get out and enjoy the weather this weekend before Old Man Winter shows his ugly face next month.
