Fair & Balanced ???

Again today, the Times-Picayune ran another story on global warming. This time as an editorial quoting a study that has rising sea levels & increased hurricane intensity coming to Louisiana. In fact the article that ran on Sunday made it sound like there is a clear cut connection with more frequent & stronger hurricanes and global warming. Dr. Chris Landsea & Dr. Bill Gray have pointed out time and again that this is not the case, but you don't hear that. We don't hear that the ice re-growth over the Arctic sea has been at a record rate the past 2 months. But we don't see any of those articles in the Times-Pic. Nope, just the same scare tactics talking about the coming doom and gloom. Have you ever wondered why? Why such biased reporting? I have, and that's why I do a lot of reading and you should too. Warmer air is coming back. There is a slight risk for some severe weather (heavy T-Storms) on Thursday. I'll update tomorrow. Much colder air returns late Saturday lasting thru Christmas Day. Santa will be smiling!
