Cooler Weekend, No Freeze til Next week?

Today's model guidance have back off on the severity of the cold air coming for this weekend. You'll still need sweaters and jackets but temps should drop only into the 40s on the southshore. Today's concern is on the possibility for severe storms this afternoon. The main threat should stay north of Lake P., but both sides of the lake will see lots of rainfall. Signs still point to much colder air coming for the end of next week .
