Changing Pattern Could Bring Us Cold...

Saturday will likely be our warmest (near 80) day for the next 2-3 weeks as the computer models are hinting that a mega-storm (Gulf Low) will develop to our south Thurs-Friday of next week heading up the East Coast as a major snowstorm. That could drive south some of the very cold air that has been bottled up over Canada for most of this Winter. Lots could happen between now and then, but if the northern stream energy phases with the southern stream late next week, we might see a storm resembling the mega-storm of 1993. Stay tuned.

In the short term, this weekend will see a cold front stagger thru late Saturday after dark. Some showers will be around from time to time, but we could flirt with 80 degrees IF we see enough sunny break. Cooler and drier air arrives behind the front on Sunday staying in the 60s for much of next week. Enjoy your weekend!
