Warmer is Bad?

Wow, have you been following the Winter that Europe is enduring? Brutal cold, record snow , snow in places that haven't seen snow in decades, fuel shortages, food shortages, over 600+ dead. Yep, bet those folks would much rather have a warmer planet than a colder one. In fact, in past history the planet thrived during the warmer times, more crops producing more food and more land areas habitable. Contrast that with the mini ice ages when people suffered during the brutal cold of winter. A warmer planet will make some things worse, but compared to the alternative, Warmer is better. Just ask Europe.

The threat of severe weather Saturday morning has cancelled most parades. Endymion will try to ride since they're not scheduled to start rolling until 4:45 PM and can wait as late as 6 PM. VIPIR has the heavy storms well to our east by 4 PM and most of the lingering showers gone by 6 PM. Hail Endymion! The rest of the weekend will be dry, but rather chilly. Stay safe.
