The dreaded SW upper flow is coming back. Much like the last weekend of Carnival, this flow will present a big forecast problem. We have a slow moving cold front that will stall with several waves of low pressure moving along the front. The big question is, where will the front stall? If it's over western LA, the heaviest rains should stay to our west. If it stalls over us, we could be in for 3-6" Saturday thru Monday. It won't come all at once but in waves. Unfortunately, we have the Irish Parades this weekend. Stay tuned.
In the short term, we'll stay warm & mostly dry thru mid day on Friday.
